Robert Tompkins

Robert Tompkins MFT serves individuals and couples in Sebastopol. Coming to psychotherapy after a successful career as professor of philosophy and religious studies (principally eastern religions) Robert brings a life-long passion to experience and to understand our human existence to his work as a therapist. His work with couples aims to use the presenting problem as a gateway to developing and deepening the couple's trust and intimacy along with each individual's self- awareness and growth, in an opening to the uniqueness of being that particular couple.
